Fuego Cocina del Valle is a country restaurant located in a privileged space in the Guadalupe Valley, where you can find the best that this land has to offer, we cook everything based on what local producers offer us and the season, always looking for the best ingredient, with a relaxed style, among specific flavors of our Baja California.
CHEFF EJECUTIVO
Alberto Ayala
Chef owner of "Astillero 10" located in Ensenada and currently Executive Chef of "Fuego Cocina del Valle" which is inside "Hotel Boutique Valle de Guadalupe" in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe.
Originally from Ensenada, Baja California; with strong roots to the Baja cuisine and faithful to Mexican food.
The experiences that the Chef prepares are of an honest cuisine, based on 100% local and seasonal products.
He has participated in several gastronomic events such as "La Baja Cuisine" obtaining the second place and "Wine Show", among others. He currently teaches courses at Culinary Art School in the city of Tijuana and has been able to work in restaurants in Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada and CDMX.
With the opportunity to collaborate with chefs such as Diego Hernandez of Corazón de Tierra, Miguel Sánchez of Cardo MX, Daniel Nates of Maizal, among other talents.
